Coral Biosciences, LLC (“Coral”) operates coralbio.ai. This policy describes the personal information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers the marketing website only; use of the Coral platform is governed by our customer agreements.

What We Collect

This site collects personal information only when you submit it:

• Contact form — your name, email address, and message, delivered to our inbox by our email provider. Contact messages are not stored in a database.
• Early access requests — your email address, the page you signed up from, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent duplicate and automated signups.

To operate the site, our service providers process limited technical data:

• Hosting and bot protection — Cloudflare serves this site and screens form submissions for automated abuse, processing visitor IP addresses and browser signals to do so.
• Error monitoring — Sentry collects diagnostic data when something on the site breaks. It is configured to exclude personal identifiers and to mask anything you type.

What We Don't Collect

This site uses no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and no non-essential cookies. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

How We Use It

• To respond to your messages.
• To manage early access. If you request access, we may email you about onboarding and product updates; every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent spam and abuse and keep the site working.

Service Providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processes personal information only as needed to provide its service to us.

Retention

We keep early access signups until you ask to be removed. Contact messages are retained as ordinary business correspondence.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send requests through the contact form; we respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
